Polymer Cellular Lightweight Concrete Foaming Agent
Russian president demanded that exports of Russian gas to "unfriendly" countries be settled in rubles. The demand has raised concerns in Germany about possible supply disruptions and the impact on industry and households if utilities do not pay in robles. Europe gets about 40% of its gas from Russia. Last year, Europe imported about 155 billion cubic meters. Germany, Europe's largest economy, depends heavily on Russian gas.
The chief executive of Germany's E.ON said the German economy would face "significant damage, which should be avoided if possible" without Russian supplies. He also said it would take Germany three years to wean itself off Russian gas.
In the event of a supply disruption, Germany's gas network regulator would prioritize home heating over industrial use, so energy-hungry manufacturers such as steelmakers would be the first to suffer, he said.
The volatile international situations will continue to affect the markets and prices of many commodities like the concrete foaming agent.
Overview of concrete foaming agent:
Foam liquid concentrate is a hybrid formula that uses the performance of the protein-based products and combines them with the agility of the straight synthetic products.
The TR-B (foaming agent) can be mixed with cement slurry to produce lightweight porous concrete. Dilute TRB (foaming agent) with water, isolate it from the foam machine to obtain foam, and mix the foam with cement and gypsum mortar to obtain an insulating lightweight structural element.
Parameters of concrete foaming agent:
Item | Parameter |
Apperance | Brown liquid |
Content | 40% |
Usage amount(kg/m3) | 0.75-1.25 |
Foaming multiple | ≥30 |
Bleeding rate(ml) | 27 |
Storage method | Store in a cool, dark place to prevent freezing and high temperature. |
Safety | Non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-combustible, free of formaldehyde, ammonia, heavy metals, halogen |
Application of concrete foaming agent:
Lightweight insulation concrete production
Insulation lightweight block, brick, wallboard production
Heat and sound insulation floor
Non-load-bearing wall panels
Cement or gypsum board
Fill soil to prevent landslides
Underground drainage filling
Deicing under bridges and roads
Filling of tunnels and shafts
Production of thermal insulation lightweight concrete with polystyrene foam particles
Pearl Rock Cream Mix
Production of lightweight insulation floor and wall in steel structure system
Single-story building load-bearing wall
The advantage of concrete foaming agent:
1. Based on nature, there is no harmful effect on the environment.
2.The high bubble surface membrane has strength
3. In the case of foam increase, the surface charge has the ability to distribute.
4. Antimicrobial agent effective against mold in concrete
5. Foam density is adjusted between 80 and 95 g/L
6. Concrete density 115kg/m3 -1600 kg/m3 needs to be adjusted
7. The resulting pores provide high insulation for the concrete
8.Concrete mixing time has no volume loss
9.Minimum volume loss during pumping
10. Used with all kinds of cement
11.It reduces the setting time of concrete. Air temperature 25°C Molding time 5 hours
12. Stable foam remains upright for about 6 hours
Package of concrete foaming agent:
25kg/barrel, 200kg/barrel

New Delhi: India is seeking to increase its purchases of crude oil from Brazil, the country's oil minister said recently after meeting his Brazilian counterpart.
India is the world's third-largest importer and consumer of crude oil. Brazil currently supplies only a fraction of India's crude oil imports.
India's state-owned companies Bharat Petroleum Corp and Oil and Natural Gas Corp have invested in oil and gas exploration in Brazil.
India, which imports about 84% of its crude oil needs, is reducing its import bill by increasing biofuel use, among other things.
India's state-owned fuel retailers are increasing ethanol storage capacity by 51 percent and the country plans to double the biofuel blend in petrol to 20 percent by 2025.
India and Brazil are currently cooperating on biofuels and ethanol.
The prices of many commodities like the concrete foaming agent are expected to increase in the future.
