It is a yellowish powder. This is achieved by adding acid to the soda ash after it has been fusioned with ore.
Tungsten trioxide is
It is a light yellow orthorhombic crystal powder. As the powder is heated, it changes color from lighter to darker. It has a specific gravity of 7.16 grams per cm3, a melting point of 1473degC, whereas the boiling point at 1750degC is 17.50degC. The temperature at which it melts is 850degC. It becomes subliminal and green. It is stable in air and is insoluble with water and other inorganic acids, except hydrofluoric.

Alkalis is used to make WO from tungsten ore. Additional reactions with carbon and hydrogen gases reduce tungsten to pure metal.
Tungsten(VII) oxide can be found in nature as a hydrate, which includes minerals like tungstite, meymacite and hydrotungstite. (H2WO4 is sometimes used, but it has the exact same composition as meymacite). These secondary tungsten mineral minerals can only be found as rare or very scarce.

How is Tungsten Oxide WO3 Powder produced?
Tungsten trioxide is prepared in many different ways. The CaWO4 (or Scheelite) can react with HCl in order to make tungstic acid. It then decomposes at high temperatures to WO3 or water.

An alternative method of synthesizing WO3 in common is to calcinate ammonium para-tungstate under oxidizing conditions.
