Calcium stearate emulsion, 50%
Calcium stearate dispersion is water-based calcium, also known by the name calcium stearate.Solid Content: 50 %
Note: We also offer food grade, pharmaceutical-grade and industrial-grade calcium stearate.
Calcium Stearate Emulsion:
Calcium stearate
The white powder has the molecular compound C36H70CAO4 and is not soluble in water. It can be used to make plastic auxiliary tools, waterproof, or lubricants. Calcium stearate (calcium carboxylate) is then divided into calcium soap. It's a lubricant, surfactant, and component of many foods. This is an opaque white force.
Calcium stearate emulsion
The polychloroacetic is both a stabilizer, lubricant, but it has a poor stable effect. But the thermally stable long-term effect is excellent, making this a good choice for non-toxic packaging of food, medical devices and other soft film vessels. As a halogen-absorbing polyethylene or polypropylene resin, the resin catalyst can reduce the color and stability of the resin. It can be used as a lubricant for polyolefins fibers or mold plastics. Paint flat light, etc. If you want to purchase Calcium Stearate Emulsion at a bulk price, please send us an email to find out the current price.

How does Calcium Stearate Emulsion work?
produced?
Preparation method of calcium stearate by saponification
Add the CaCl and NaOH solutions to the reactor in a stoichiometric proportion, stir to mix, add the dispersant and emulsifier, add the CMC and maintain the temperature constant, add stearic and catalytic acid to the emulsion and stir to obtain a blended solution. Stearic and calcium hydroxide will react to produce calcium stearate which is evenly dispersed throughout the emulsion. Lastly, n - octanol aqueous solution and modified polyvinyl aqueous solutions (mass percent concentration of 10%) were added, stirred and cooled quickly to room temperatures, followed by high-speed dispersion at 10-30 minute intervals. They were then analyzed.
Calcium Stearate: Uses
Calcium stearate
This chemical is primarily used in the plastics industry as an acid-scavenger and release agent. It's also used to waterproof buildings and as an anticaking ingredient in medicine and cosmetics.
1.
Calcium stearate dispersion
The polychloroacetic is both a lubricant, but it has a poor stabilizing action. The thermal stabilization is good over the long term. It can be used for food packaging and medical equipment.
2.
Calcium stearate dispersion
The resin can be colored and stabilized without the harmful effects of the residual catalyst.
3.
