3D Printing Alloy Metal Materials Stainless Steel 17-4PH Metal Powder

This stainless steel powder, 17-4PH is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel. It's used in the manufacture of shafts or parts for steam turbines. Particle sizes: 0-45mm, 0-53mm, 15-40mm, 15-20-53mm, 10-15-53mm, 30-45mm, 40-105mm.

About Stainless Steel Powder 17.4PH Metal Powder:

Characteristics of powder: low oxygen content and uniform particle size distribution make powder very useful in powder metalurgisty and 3D printing.

Application Process: This powder is suitable for use in the following processes: Laser/electron-beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), DLD (laser direct deposition), HIP (powder hot isostatic press), metal injection molding(MIM) and others.

Application equipment.Powder may be used with a variety of 3D printers made from metal, such as Renishaw, EOSINT M Series in Germany and Concept Laser. Also, it can be used by laser melting equipment and research centers and companies in the United States. The research and development of select laser melting equipment like Platinum and Huaying hi-tech, among others.

Iron Powder Applications: Iron based metal powders have been used for 3D-printed thin-walled devices, complex parts, thermal spray and laser cladding as well as biomedical and medical applications.
